VIDEO: On Harper's playing style

It's been among the most-discussed subjects in D.C. and across baseball this week: Bryce Harper's run-through-a-wall style of play, and whether or not the 20-year-old outfielder needs to learn how and when to take it down a notch.

Rob Carlin, Jim Duquette and I tackled the subject last night on The Baseball Show, as you'll see in this video clip.

If nothing else, Harper has slowed his home run trots. Last night's clocked in at 20.96 seconds. His first homer on Opening Day was 17.61 seconds, which is still the 8th fastest in the majors this year. Last year, he had the fastest and second fastest non-inside the park trot times in all of MLB.

Check out Tater Tot Tracker for the details.
