Adam Dunn is back in the Nationals' lineup tonight, feeling healthy and ready to inject some life into an offense that went stagnant in his absence the last three days.
Read what Dunn had to say about his unexpected early trip home from St. Louis for a doctor's visit on CSNwashington.com.

we pray for Adam's buttocks and his family.
It has taken me an admittedly long time to warm up to Dunn as more than just a slugger. What he brings to the lineup is definitely worth what he will command in salary, and his defense really isnt terrible if his is left at 1B.
I say extend him! He has voiced his willingness to play here (where others may not), so why not? And don't just sign him, make him happy. He has atleast another 4 good years left, right?
I'm not on the AD bandwagon. So far this year his bat has not covered his liability in the field. I have seen him drop at least four balls thrown right to him, not pics, right to him. Now, if he wad hitting 320 with 10 yard balls...well he could drop one in five all day long.
