The fact that Acta resurfaced after his pathetic performance in DC is a miracle. I wonder if he has taken some assertiveness training yet or is he still intimidated by bad umpires making bad calls.
Manny was a nice guy but crappy manager.
He's happy to be in Cleveland and I'm happy he is there too.

Last year, as much as some of us were convinced that the problem was the players, it was a combination of both as was shown when Manny was fired, the team got better.
Manny needed a change of scenery and got it and good luck to him.
Manny's a good man and was probably the kind of guy the Nationals needed to follow Frank Robinson. However, it didn't work out. That doesn't make him a bad guy or even a bad manager. There have been other good managers who've lost. He didn't have the players here to succeed. He needed a change of scenery last year, and the Nats needed something to change. If it worked out for both parties, all the better.
So driving the Nationals into the ground didn't fill you with joy, Manny?
I always liked Manny and I always will.
